Thanks. Very useful to find there are so many types of padding.
What a great idea adding the 2" or 3" fabric to separate the top and body of the bag. I will have to make one. I'll be using Lighthearted by Camille Roskelley.
Glad you mentioned rounded corners! I always prefer rounded corners! Thanks for the video!
Happy to help!
Doesn't this weaken your seam?

OMGosh thank you for your detailed instructions how to make a beautiful wave panel and bag. My siblings and I just celebrated my mom celebration of life at the beach , her favourite place to go. Her birthday is today June 26th and I think I will make beach bags for my family for Christmas! So inspiring. thank you thank you thank Chris Ontario Canada

I use freezer paper cut into geometric shapes or gentle curved shapes to quilt around using my walking foot with excellent results. Good when you want to quilt but havent yet got fmq in your tool box.

thank you so much! i didn’t understand how to use the marks away from the edge as only used to a paper ruler, now i u der stand that you line the edge of your fabric up looking through the ruler and mark/cut along the edge! truly helped me understand, thank you x
Very interesting! Unique ideas!
Where do you purchase the elastic straps for holding the quilt when it is rolled up?
scanned the code..its how to make a cutting board.
Thank you!
Too much random talking. You were also not prepared for this project which only adds to this video being even more lengthy! It’s time for me to move on to another tutorial on bibs. Thanks anyway
Encantador diseño. Gracias por enseñarlo ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for the cute coasters project. Have you done a video or do you have a pattern for the quilt that is hanging behind you? It is absolutely stunning.

Where can I find a graph spiral bound notebook like the one you have in this video? I can only find the 70 - 100 page 5x5 per inch graph notebooks like are sold for use in school. Thanks for your help.
So useful! Thank you
Glad it was helpful!

To add to this, a fat quarter is a 22 in x 18in peice of fabric. It's a yard of fabric cut into 4 peices ua-cam.com/video/rk1amAcu51E/v-deo.htmlsi=eBYh_4zz5W07o-Us
Excellent!
What is the name of transparant fabric to copy the writings?
I am too inexperienced to figure out … do you turn right sides together then press the open seams for the strips or do you do the rough edge sewing directly on the batting and backing? Thank you.
What size needle do you use to make sure the chalk shows well

Hi from Vancouver, BC, Canada
If the fabric is torn instead of cutting off the bolt the edge will be on grain. Once the fabric is pre-washed the fabric will automatically go on grain. When I shop for fabric I always ask if they cut or rip. If they cut I usually get at least 4-6 inches more so can tear the fabric when home. I have torn off tone bolt and it was off grain six inches. The companies who make the fabric rarely roll the fabric on grain.
